Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms cover the SolidIce Discord bots SIDAdmin and SidLink and the SolidIce Dashboard at dashboard.solidice.net (together, the "Services"). By adding a bot to a server, using its commands or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use the Services
You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age. If you add a bot to a server, you confirm you have permission to do so on that server.
2. Using the bots
- Server owners and staff are responsible for how the bots are configured and used in their server, including moderation actions taken with SIDAdmin.
- SidLink copies messages between channels in different servers. Owners of connected channels are responsible for telling their members that messages there are shared with other servers, and for the content their server sends through a connection.
- Coins, XP, levels and ranks have no real-world value and cannot be sold, traded for money or exchanged.
3. What you must not do
- Use the Services to spam, harass, threaten, scam or share illegal content.
- Use SidLink to send content to servers that have not agreed to receive it, or to get around a ban or moderation action.
- Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorised access to the Services, or abuse bugs instead of reporting them.
- Automate the bots or the dashboard in a way that harms other users or the Services.
4. Availability
The Services are free and run on a best-effort basis. We may change, pause or remove features, commands or the Services at any time, and we do not guarantee they will always be online or error-free.
5. Ending access
You can stop using the Services at any time by removing the bots from your server or logging out of the dashboard. We may block a user or server, or remove a SidLink connection, if these terms are broken or to protect other users.
6. No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SolidIce is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, messages or server content, that results from using the Services.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
